What is a Chicken Bully TM?

The current lesson for what is a Chicken Bully TM is regarding the Cybersquatting by Cybersquatters. The Chicken Bullly TM in this case is an unknown entity that is hiding behind the mask of proxy walls and privacy registration who has made it difficult to unmask their id to confront them for scraping my website and pasting it into their legally obtained doman that was lost due to accidental non-renewal. The entity had the legal right to purchase the domain but they did not have the legal right or permission to blatanatly copy any or all words and links, internal and external including but not limited to our Mission Statement and copyright notices, etc.
